Job Title: Service Lead for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite  Skill (Primary)    SCM(Apps)-JDA-Execution-JDA - Red Prairie WMS Role/Responsibilities   Application Support: Provide guidance and assistance in the development and evolution of applicable Business Architecture Capability Models. 2.Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure issues related to Red Prairie. 3.Relationship Management: Collaborate with senior business leaders, operations, risk, and compliance teams. 4.Global Coordination: Represent local business requirements within the global technology organization. 5.Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to firm-wide and regulatory requirements. 6.Incident and Problem Management: Oversee measurement, reporting, and resolution of incidents and problems within Investments IT.   Qualifications & Experience

Job Summary
To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To design and develop new tools as per the client s requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

Applicants should have   experience with Blue Yonder WMS, including a minimum of 5 years in configuration, customization, and system administration, and relevant degrees and certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, and AWS.2
