looking for a BA with HR experience to work with client HR team to document current state.
This would include but not be limited to:
System landscape including integrations
Business processes of both system and manual steps for each region and their respective processes:
* New Hire Onboarding
* Offboarding
* Open Enrollment & other Benefits processes
* Payroll processes (new hire & changes)
* Absence & time management
* Talent Management
* Learning & Development
Familiarity with Oracle HRIS.
