Sr. Business System Analyst

Remote

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The BSA will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

 

Responsibilities: -

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Create detailed functional specifications for developers and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business systems.

 

Experience: -

• 8+ Years

 

Location: -

• Remote

 

Educational Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing business solutions.

 

Skills: -

 

Mandatory skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Experience with specific industry software or tools (e.g., CRM systems, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
