Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead a critical ERP Migration Implementation project at our client location in Atlanta, GA. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and program management skills to drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP migration projects with integrations across CRM, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems.
• Act as a key liaison between Development, Business, and QA teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight, ensuring adherence to ERP architecture best practices.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure delivery quality while balancing scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Program Management, particularly in ERP migration or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems and integration points across CRM, P2P, and SCM.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

Technical background or understanding of software development life cycles.
