Job Summary
The SAP Cutover Analyst is responsible for executing the cutover activities required for a successful SAP implementation or upgrade. This role focuses on ensuring smooth transition of systems, data, and processes with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cutover tasks as per the defined plan and timelines.
• Support mock cutover rehearsals and readiness validation.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to align cutover activities.
• Assist with data cleansing, transformation, and migration efforts.
• Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Communicate cutover progress and issues to project managers and business leads.

Requirement 2: SAP Cutover Lead

Location:Minneapolis, MN

Duration: Long Term Contract 

Job Summary
The SAP Cutover Lead is responsible for leading and managing the overall cutover strategy, planning, and execution for SAP implementations or upgrades. This role ensures all workstreams are aligned, risks are mitigated, and business continuity is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the cutover strategy and approach.
• Develop and manage detailed cutover plans including dependencies and resource assignments.
• Lead mock cutover rehearsals and dry runs to validate readiness.
• Oversee execution of cutover activities across teams and resolve issues in real time.
• Ensure coordination of data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cutover status reporting.
• Lead stakeholder communications with project managers, business leads, and IT teams.
• Provide leadership during go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
