Location - Minneapolis, MN
Create scalable, high performance and secure AEM based web application architectures
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they adhere to AEM best practices, coding standards and design patters
Work with business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure AEM applications are optimized for performance and can scale to meet future demands and complex enterprise requirements
Design, develop and maintain AEM components, templates and custom solutions
Manage and optimize digital content and assets for websites, ensuring seamless user experiences and personalized content delivery
Configure the AEM authoring, publish and dispatcher environments and implement features using AEM's tools like Apache sling and OSGi
Work closely with designers, marketing teams to meet the organizational goals and deliver digital experiences.
Must have migration experience in migrating from Sitecore to AEM

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for overseeing adobe illustrator, Packaging Design and verification, AutoCAD related projects. Their primary role involves designing, planning, and implementing technical solutions using these tools. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement adobe illustrator designs for various projects as per the requirements.
2. Lead and manage the packaging design and verification processes for efficient and errorfree outcomes.
3. Utilize autocad to create technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for architectural projects.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in adobe illustrator, packaging design and verification, autocad to enhance project outcomes.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in using adobe illustrator to create high-quality designs and illustrations.
2. Strong understanding of packaging design and verification processes.
3. Expertise in autocad for creating 2d and 3d technical drawings.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Effective communication and leadership abilities to lead project teams.
6. Detail oriented with a focus on quality and precision in work.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in adobe illustrator, Packaging Design, or AutoCAD are a plus.
