Location: Richmond VA--- In-Person – Hybrid
*Note: Local to "VA". Local "DL" is a Must.
Interview Type - Either Phone or In-Person
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ü Proven experience with SailPoint Identity IQ implementations and upgrades.
ü Strong knowledge of identity governance concepts, workflow automation, and access management.
ü Experience with database design and management related to identity systems.
ü Familiarity with audit logging, compliance, and reporting in SailPoint environments.
ü Skilled in writing and reviewing complex SailPoint Beanshell or Java code and XML configurations.
ü Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
ü Ability to analyze and optimize notification systems, approval workflows, and role/entitlement models.
ü Experience working in OT or regulated environments is a plus.
preferred:
ü SailPoint certification.
ü Experience with advanced analytics and reporting tools.
