Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid: 3–4 days/week onsite)-   near by consultants only

Position Overview:

We are seeking two experienced AI Leads to drive artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives  . This role requires strong technical leadership in AI/ML solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on delivery within a hybrid work model in Plainsboro, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions, predictive models, and generative AI applications.
• Team & Delivery Management: Guide cross-functional teams of data scientists and AI engineers to deliver scalable projects on schedule.
• .

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in Data Science / AI / ML, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
