- Platform & Access Knowledge
- Practical familiarity with Oracle Dev Portal onboarding, API credential provisioning (OAuth), sandbox environments, and Amadeus coordination protocols.
- Ability to navigate and verify technical environment readiness autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently drive onsite delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Skills:
- Hospitality/Oracle ecosystem relationships.
- Prior onsite lead on migration programmers.
- Hospitality domain exposure
- Hybrid Delivery Methodologies
- Industry & Ecosystem Knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact, representing the delivery team and ensuring effective coordination with client stakeholders.
- Manage client communications, understand business priorities, and drive timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and effective expectation management.
- Operational Unblocking & Logistics
- Identify risks, unblock challenges, and facilitate escalation management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work independently onsite while collaborating with offshore teams to align delivery activities and outcomes.
- Provide regular status updates, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery aligned with client objectives.
- SME Scheduling: Coordinate and lock in Oracle SME availability to support data mapping and integration reviews
- Pilot Readiness: Oversee certification and pilot run logistics directly on the ground.
- Cross-Border Communication: Context Translation: Translate local client business context and feedback to the offshore factory team.
- Status Reporting: Relay technical delivery updates back to client leaders
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master of Engineering, or related fields.
