5 - 8 YEARS- Oracle Apps HRMS Functional
1. A Business Analyst or Developer in an Oracle apps modules like Oracle Human Resources, Oracle Property Manager, Physical security Or real estate .
2.Should be able to design custom solutions using the Oracle best practices
3.Should be able to gather the business requirements and map it to the system requirements
4.Should be able to co-ordinate the design, development and different testing activities
5.Good communication skills
6.Basic knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL

3. The person should be well versed in PL/SQL, Change migration, Workflow technologies in Oracle.
4. Build interfaces/ integration, file transfers etc are required
5. Good communication skills and customer facing skills.
