Must Have: strong experience on financial insurance experience at least for 4+years
Duties Include:
- Support development activities for new and existing clients;
- Define business needs, internal customer requirements, client needs and competitive benchmarking;
- Ensure quality of solutions delivered and identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities; manage Projects and leverage the PMO process
and tools; and - Serve as contact for client, customer departments, business users, IT, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of PC, client/server, and network environments
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational and project management skills
- Strong customer service relationship management skills with the ability to interact positively and successfully with all level of associates and managers to meet business needs
- Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance work experience
