·         Years of experience : 8-12 years

·         Delivers in depth MS Dynamics CRM technical expertise to the client enterprise architecture team leadership

·         To the technical team engaged in delivery Takes ownership of the technology track

·         Provides high order of thought leadership Authors thought leadership such as approach documents, proof of concepts, conference room pilots and workshops and present own Infosys POVProvides

·         Deep Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical functional expertise, mentoring and coaching to team members

·         Expected to create knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery, improve quality

·         Provide technical guidance and review the embedded solution architecture and effort estimations for next areas of work

·         Add own perspectives on Infosys best practices approach to CRM
