Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Lead Technical Analyst

 Will hire over the phone

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide liaison with vendor to determine and document proper installation and support procedures

• Create and manage the project plans for deployments and upgrades

• Accountable for the health and service levels of the ECM infrastructure environment

• Collect and provide metrics on performance and availability

• Coordinate global infrastructure activities including but not limited to creation of backup and system restore plan and ordering servers

• Direct team members in accordance with the project plan and daily maintenance

• Implement the ECM environment, including Apache and Tomcat

• Maintain the ECM environment with updates and patches

• Manage day to day operations of the infrastructure environment

• Integrate ECM with security authentication software (LDAP) and Single Sign-on

• Troubleshoot performance and availability issues with the solution

• Work with vendor to support the solution and troubleshoot issues

• Requires participation in an off-hours pager rotation

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenText – Livelink, content server, and archive server

• Experience installing and/or configuring Apache Tomcat middleware

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Studio Manager and Oracle database client software

• Experience with Windows and Unix.

• Experience leading technical projects

• Experience with project management tools, including project charters and project plans

• Extensive experience installing/patching commercial applications running on Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems

• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting performance and availability issues in a complex environment

• Experience working in a global company

• Experience with Six Sigma and DFSS methodologies

• Experience administering Windows Server

• Experience with Windows Server NTFS and Share security

• Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux

• Experience installing and supporting Apache Web Server

• Experience with clustering and persistence in Linux environment, and other high availability architectures

• Experience configuring applications to use LDAP for authentication to Microsoft's Active Directory

• Ability to develop automation and administration scripts

• Experience with CFR Part 11 system validation or other regulatory compliance activities

• Experience with SAP – DMS, ILM, document archiving, and data archiving

• Supervisory experience
