The Ideal candidate will be fully familiar with Symantec DLP ( Vontu ) product and architecture
Job Roles/Responsibilites:
· Manage and implement the Data Loss Prevention program under the direction of the Information Security Manager to ensure all business requirements are met.
· Provide DLP performance and incident metrics to ensure high system availability.
· Identify data loss prevention enhancement opportunities through the continuous monitoring of the DLP system and identification of new rules/policies that minimize false positive incidents.
· Review, test and document DLP policy enforcement, including management of data encryption keys.
· Assist the Information Security Manager, CISO & Corporate Compliance with other special projects as identified.
· Evaluates issues related to workflow and develops plans for appropriate corrective actions.
· Utilizes programming knowledge to extend systems when possible.
· Provides reports for auditing purposes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
· Ensures documentation is accurate and maintained.
Required Skills:
The Ideal candidate will be fully familiar with Symantec DLP ( Vontu ) product and architecture
Minimum of five (5) years in information security role.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
· Candidate must have experience in the entire systems
· development lifecycle for the Data Loss Prevention system, including:
· Implementation, planning, equipment provisioning and installation.
· DLP sensor deployment in both network and workstation environments
· DLP system performance optimization, and DLP system internal security.
· Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to prioritize, execute and evaluate in a fast paced unstructured
· environment.
· Data Loss Prevention system implementation and/or support experience.
· Experience working with Symantec or RSA implementations desired.
· IT project management experience.
· Ability to abide by Molina's policies
· Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
