Strong interpersonal & professional customer service skills. Able to be self directed with good time mgmt. Exp with SW, PC, HW support and specialized installs. Able to maintain SLA's, keep up with ticket/log system workload, and well organized. Typical troubleshooting issues: viruses, malware, reimage pc, recover data, load applications, use tools to fix issues.

 

·         Some travel is required, .44/mile - travel policy very specific. Business casual attire.
