External Description : JOB PURPOSE:
Assist the organization in creating and modifying business tools that will provide world class services to our membership and provider partners, as well as creating operational efficiencies and a competitive advantage for the company.
By performing these duties, the company is able to better process data, communicate with its providers and members, exchange and receive information between providers and members, and provide an overall higher level of service to its members and affiliate entities.

Position Requirements : PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of professional experience.
In depth SQL development experience in SQL2000, SQL2005 and SQL 2008.
Experience of Transactional SQL, DTS, SQL Reporting Service (SSRS) and SSIS packages development.
Practical experience in managing the internal and external MS SQL database security.
Experience in fine tuning SQL queries.
ASP.Net, VB.Net, IIS Administration.
CONDITIONS OF WORK:
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Extended work hours, as needed.
On-call availability up to 10 days per month.
Extensive computer usage.
