1.       Senior java developer with good communication skills. Should be able to work closely with the clients.  

2.       Ability to understand and analyze the requirements.

3.       Strong server side java programming skills.

4.       Strong web services development / Integration skills.

5.       Exposure to ESB is a strong plus.

6.       Javascript experience with debugging the issues is a strong plus

7.       DB/SQL skills
