Description       

·         We are seeking a long term PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-functional Consultant for 1-2 year consultant assignment- The person would be responsible for maintenance, support and enhancement of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management system.

 

Responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to:

•        Work closely with business users to analyze business processes, business requirements and system issues.

•        Identify IT solutions to meet business objectives, analyze technical constraints and communicate alternatives to the business.

•        Work on production support tickets, change requests and system enhancements as per the service level agreement setup by the IT department.

•        Analyze change requests and works closely with offshore team to coordinate the system changes.

•        Work on PeopleSoft Tools and Technologies.

•        May have responsibility for preparing and executing test scripts on an as needed basis.

•        Work with client IT Team in order to facilitate an environment that optimizes the use of IT products, systems, services and procedures to meet the needs of the business.

·         Position Requirements

•        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.

•        4-7 years of experience on PeopleSoft technical. Knowledge on PeopleSoft Financials and/or Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage.

•        Good experience on People Tools, Application Designer Peoplecode, Application Engine and SQR's.

•        Excellent communication skill is a must (both written and oral).

•        Good Customer Management skills required.

•        Good inter personal skills in managing client and offshore.

•        Experience in supporting PeopleSoft applications.

•        Team spirit.

•        Good analytical ability and problem solving techniques.
