Need 2 mobile developers (Sr. Developer & one Lead). IOS and Android native experience.

 

Tech Lead Job Description:

 

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced iOS technical lead with a very strong mobile development background, to lead our growing team of mobile developers onsite and offshore. You'll have worked on a variety of software projects over the past 8-10 years. Your most recent experiences (at least last 2-3 years) will have been on mobile development where you demonstrated your expertise as a technical and team leader. Experience in Android is a great nice-to-have.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Technical Leads are expected to spend time overseeing the work of other mobile developers.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the offshore development team Resolution of defects during the QA and UAT testing process. 
• Maintain documentation standards and versioning control Adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Contribute to project estimation
• Manage individual contribution or group effort to tight deadlines
• Post-deployment support 
• Provide status on the progress of the development effort to development management
• Participate in sprint planning and deployment planning
• Work closely with Technical product  managers and BAs on technical design and functional documentation
• Responsible for implementation and delivery to prod

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

• Multiple years of demonstrated experience as mobile technical lead, leading onsite and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in Objective C,  C, C++ and frameworks such as Google Usage, UIKit, Core Text, SBJSON, Face book, and Twitter, query mobile etc. 
• Proven experience in both native app and hybrid app development on iOS
• Demonstrated experience with building mobile app and bring it in to the market preferably in retail vertical
• Solid understanding of iOS provisioning portals (certificates, developer and distribution profiles).
• Sound knowledge of iPhone App Store requirements, iTunes Connect and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Design, Software development methodology, software design patterns (MVC) and how to apply them to objective-C.
• Deep Knowledge of iOS technical hierarchy and functioning.
• Expertise in efficient memory allocation and management in object oriented paradigm.
• Expertise with X-Code (3.x and 4.0) and performance analysis tools
• Expertise in implementing and consuming Web Services
• Experience implementing performance optimization techniques for mobile devices
• Proven experience leading both onsite and offshore development teams
• Proven experience to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Good Understanding of automation and CI/CD concepts
