Dear Friend,   We have an urgent requirement for Tibco Developer and Tibco Architect based out in Wilmington, DE.   The length of assignment is 12+ and will extend up to 18 months.    2 rond of interveiw TIBCO Developer - aprox. 7-8 years hands on experience  in real-time and batch integration using the following TIBCO products: BusinessWork 5.7, EMS 4.2, Hawk.   Basic Qualifications: Experience in developing and delivering IT solutions 3-5 years of TIBCO Business Works Active Matrix, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk and UNIX development experience. Financial Services, Capital Markets, Asset Management Preferred Qualifications Skills: -TIBCO Product Suite – ActiveMatrix BusinessWork, EMS, Hawk, TIBCO adapter for SWIFT Java, Web Service, JUnit, XML, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, ClearCase, CVS, Subversion, UNIX, JSP, J2EE, Eclipse, C++, EJB3, Toplink, MDB and Session Beans, , PL/SQL, T-SQL, ILOG Sybase, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database Development. 3-5 years of JAVA/J2EE Development experience.   Tibco Architect - Must have 10+ yr experience with Middleware Architect and Design skills with sound knowledge on Complex event processing.   Basic Qualifications:    Must have hands on experience using TIBCO-Business events 5.x, TIBCO-BW and EMS. Tibco Business Events 5.x experience in Business Events Rules and Decision Manager. Understand system requirements and Should be able to design and  architect solutions Collaborate with other systems and provide appropriate design solutions to ensure compatibility with other components Responsible for reviewing and identifying improvements in existing design Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility or usability Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems Create design specifications, installation instructions and other interface connectivity specifications.
