Role: Software Development Test Engineer

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Duration: 6 month

Start: ASAP

Job Duties:

Candidate must be a US Cit or Green Card Holder

• Testing applications and processes against various business scenarios
• Automating processes through development or enhancement of applications
• Develop integrations between IPG applications and other external data sources
• Create and maintain styling for applications

Required Skills:

Ability to understand business situation/needs and conceptualize technical solutions accordingly.
• Independent worker who is able to balance planned project work with ad-hoc requests from teammates
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive problem solving and continual process improvement skills
• Experienced in developing complex logic reports against relational databases
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Oracle with the ability to write queries and DML statements
• 5+ years developing software using Microsoft .NET development technologies, including C#, LINQ, XAML and others
• 5+ years developing web applications using HTML, JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented (OO) principles and ability to apply design patterns as well as use, extend and create reusable code
• Familiar with Agile Development Methodologies
• Familiarity with automated testing tools – an advantage
