Required background:
3 years: Silverlight, ASP.NET or WPF based applications or 3 years cumulative experience in these technologies. 
LINQ 
WCF/Web Services 
MVVM 
C#  (.net 4.0 or 4.5) 
Working in small collaborative groups using Agile methodologies 
MEF 
Unit testing 
Knowledge of design patterns 
Good communication skills
