Position: Dynamic Functional Consultant
Locations: Washington, DC
Duration: 12 Month
Interview: Skype

CRM functional consultant - 

· Understand and gather functional requirements to address business processes
· Perform Fit-Gap analysis 
· Document functional specifications
· Configuration of MS Dynamics CRM application
· Validate functional design for each release
· Review test specifications to ensure that the business requirements are met

· Assist in system, integration and regression testing

Translate the functional requirement to offshore Dynamics technical consultants

· Plan for training key Pilot users
