**Successful candidate will have a high degree of competency in Oracle ATG with strong programming foundation in Java, J2EE. The individual will also be highly driven, with strong leadership skills, thrives in a face paced environment & possesses excellent communication skills**

· Lead a small team of developers for .com centric projects

Technical Skills:

· Technologies: ATG eCommerce Platform, Java, Spring,Endeca Search, Endeca Experience Manager, JSP, Javascript, JMS, Web Services, JBoss, Apache, Maven, Oracle, CSS, HTML, XML, SQL, GIT, Eclipse, AJAX

· Agile development technologies, such as test-driven development, pair programming, Cucumber, Calabash, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence

· Work with other DSW development teams to create new cross-functional integrations, or maintain existing ones.

· Analyze customer business requirements and software/product objectives; develop an application design in products to meet customer needs with minimal oversight

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 8years of experience in IT

· 5 years ATG E-Commerce Java Development experience

· Utilize ATG knowledge to mentor other developers on this technology

· Utilize existing Java/ATG development experience to guide development lifecycle throughpotential pitfalls and establish “best practice” JavaEE development standards

· Experience working in an agile environment and with test driven development is a plus

· Experience in developing on web projects is a plus

· Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility is a plus

· Knowledge and understanding of retail industry is a plus

· Ability to integrate in a rapidly changing environment

· Excellent planning skills and a proactive approach

· Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines

· Strong oral/written communications and analytical skills
