SAP HR Cransoft
Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description                   

 

·         Years of experience: 5 yrs above

·         Legacy HR skills Cransoft skills other cransoft related skills.

·         Design, build and execute a data conversion object to migrate data from legacy systems into SAP platform using Cransoft tool with SQL server as backend database,

·         Prepare documents or load scripts that detail out minute details of all the steps to be performed as part of a load cycle or deployment cycle.

·         Responsibilities include loading data into SAP and resolving any errors encountered on SAP platform as part of the load process using existing debug options in SAP systems.

·         In some cases it also required writing a new ABAP program to do a more efficient data load in SAP

·         Coordinate with business users and legacy IT teams as well to get a deeper and clearer understanding of existing as –is business processes and provide a solution for data conversion methodology for that business area.

·         Perform configuration and change control activities.

Location: San Francisco

Duration: 12 months

SAP HR Functional Lead

Location:  Houston, TX

Duration:6Months.

 

Job Description :

·         7+ years hands-on HR configuration and team leadership

·         3+ full lifecycle implementations.  Prior upgrade experience is a plus.

·         Emphasis on the following HR components:

·         PA (Personnel Administration)

·         OM (Organizational Management)

·         Time (CATS – leaves, sick, vacation, holidays, etc.)

·         ESS/MSS

·         Experience with interfaces to non-SAP systems & ADP

·         Experience implementing Vistex for Sales force commissions management is a plus.

·         Able to be hands-on in the system – executing HR transactions, testing enhancements, resolving defects.

·         Experience leading combined onsite/offshore teams, with majority of testing occurring offshore.
