Role' Responsibilities	Gathering requirements from business team for the new projects
	Developing and coding in order to fulfill the business requirements for the new and existing assignments
	Involve in preparation of Functional and Technical Design documents.
	Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures required for the Oracle Application components for consumer side enhancements.
	Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Compatibility Testing, Performance Testing.
	Application enhancement and development related to Migration/Redesign/Enhancements.
	UAT Support for Business Team
Mandatory / Desirable  Functional Skills	Very good working knowledge of Oracle RNT platform, configuration, setups & RNT Addins Good working knowledge in PHP and .Net Requirements Analysis, Design, Development and Testing the RNT functionality Good Leadership skills for managing and leading the team.
Total Experience Required	10 Yrs
Work Location	Chicago, IL
