Role: Business Analyst with Experience in Pharma domain and Clinical Supply chain Management

Location: Groton CT
Duration: 6+ Months

 

Term:  (4-6 Months) and can be extended based on the further requirements

 

Desired Skills & Experience

Required

•          Master's Degree with Minimum 10 +Years of Experience or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent with Minimum 10 Years of experience required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education."

•          At least  6 Years of experience with expertise in Clinical Supply Chain Management , Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Data Management, Project Quality Management

Preferred

•          At least 6-8 Years' experience in one or more of the following skills

ü  End-end Clinical supply chain management process and related applications is a Must.

ü  Experience in Clinical supply chain management applications.

ü  Experience on clinical reporting (internal, FDA) during study start to closeout phases.

ü  Experience in Computer systems Validation activities

ü  Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices, Good Documentation practices, Clinical Trial Quality & Compliance.

ü  Good Knowledge of Study life cycle activities (Study Protocols /study design for IRT and EDC Studies), various study milestones, clinical trial regulatory reports and other metrics reports at study level /site level.

ü  Elicit and document solution functional requirements ensuring traceability to existing business and user requirements.

ü  Manage requirements and functional specification change controls in HP Quality Center  

ü  Assist in the authoring of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts

ü  Assist in the coordination of UAT with the business customers

ü  Assist with analysis of defects found during Pfizer testing (system, integration and end-to-end and UAT)

ü  Must be able to translate business requirements into well-formed technical and system requirements 

ü  Experience with modeling business processes, data flows, and workflow processes depicting relationships between Clinical data entities. 

ü  Strong business consulting skills associated with complex IT system implementation spanning over 12-18 months.

ü  Strong oral & written communication skills, Business stakeholder management

ü  Must have performed business requirement analysis, use case modeling from a business analysis/consulting standpoint. 

ü  Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
