Required Skills:
Business Analyst for Service/Support Scenarios
Required to work with business SME's to map out business process related to identified scenarios for Monte Carlo Service/Support.
Hands on experience with Customer Service, SFDC, BI knowledge, process mapping and design skills required.
Google Apps proficiency preferred.
