Role : Technical Lead/ Architect

Location : Memphis,TN
1. Should have 8+ Yrs of experience in Data Management. Min 4+ Yrs of
relevant experience in IBM Initiate (MDM).
2. Should be able to lead and participate in building MDM/Data Quality
strategy on IBM Initiate.
3. Must have possess experience in defining Algorithms, Job Set and good
knowledge in HUB DB.
4. Good knowledge in Cleansing, Standardization functions.
5. Should have experience in minimum 2 end-to-end MDM implementations
including development/configuration and deploymentGood Proficient in Data
Governance, Data Quality concepts.
6. Must have a Sound Knowledge of multiple MDM architectures and business
processes across multiple master data domains, preferably Customer.
7. Prefer to have physical data modelling experience, to support MDM
implementations
8. Should come with a good knowledge of data quality management and
associated tools & platforms.
9. Capable of clarifying technical requirements to the team.
10. Should support detailed design as required from a MDM functional aspect.
11. Must be conversant in ST, UAT Support and Test Result Preparation (unit
test cases).
12. Experience in requirement analysis preferred.
13. Should have demonstrated experience of customer facing skills across a
minimum of 2 implementations.
