Required 10 + Years EXP , NO OPTS Please..Rate: $$55/hr  to $58/hr on C2C

 

Middleware Web Service development in an Agile environment

High level:

10+ years of experience.

Service to Service http interaction is very important for data retrieval and not just getting data from a Database.

Technologies in order of priority:

J2EE, Rest, Json, Spring, Soap, Xml, Http, Tomcat, Junit, Maven, Memcache.

Hbase or other Big Data would be a plus

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience developing in Java and Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) in a web-based environment

Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology

Working knowledge of Spring and Hibernate

Working knowledge of Model View Controller (MVC), such as Spring MVC, Struts…

Extensive experience with database design and  Structured Query Language (SQL), including SQL optimization

Working experience of web services and XML technologies, JSON, REST/SOAP

Working experience with Java based application servers

Experience with object and data modeling using UML

Proficient in Linux environment and ability to write shell scripts as needed

Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Highly motivated self starter and team player working in a face paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
