Job Description:
· Touch Point (an FIS product) experience (4+ Years)
· Should have worked as BA on Core Banking platforms.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties will include
· Understand business needs and convert them to functional specifications.
· Lead business and technology teams to a acceptable solution
· Identify opportunities to improve business processes
· Track and fully documents the changes to business and functional processes
· Participates in UAT and testing of new functionality
