Job Description:
· At least 7 years of experience as a SAP HCM Consultant, should have worked on minimum 2 upgrade and 2 support engagements in the areas of SAP HCM (PA, OM, ESS/MSS, Time, Payroll, ECM etc).

· Experience of working in SAP ECC 6.0 EhP6 and EhP7 environment

· Strong knowledge and Hands-on Experience in upgrade projects. Identifying impacted areas, planning test scenarios, creating varied test data for the same, making the changes to the system as per the requirement etc.

· Should be able to understand and review ABAP code from functional perspective and also SPAU/SPDD changes.

· Good Analytical and Communication skills 

· Good Planning and Co-ordination skills (heavy interaction expected with client team and offshore counterparts)
