Candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing complex Data Warehouse solutions, dashboards, reports and ETL at an intermediate to expert level using industry standards/models/patterns.
Responsibilities include Agile story elicitation, software development, component assembly, testing, test planning & delivery. Participate in peer reviews. Demonstrate problem solving, decision making, and functional area knowledge. Agile Scrum framework experience preferred.
Required technical skills in order of importance:
- Oracle SQL & query tuning: 8-10 years' experience
- Oracle PL/SQL: minimum of 8-10 years' experience
- Informatica: minimum of 8-10 years' experience
- Business Objects 3.1: Professional experience required
Desired soft skills:
- Good organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience in data access design and complex SQL development
- Strong Communication skills
- Problem solving and initiative
- Business Understanding
- Knowledge of dimensional models
Additional responsibilities:
- Design and build Oracle Data Models and SQL
- Some solution performance tuning
- Design and build B.O. Universes, Marts & reports
- Design and build reports based on user requirements.
