- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of US IT staffing experience.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
- Good Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099 and W2.
- Must be aggressive, dynamic & result oriented.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
