Role: Adobe CQ5 Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Long Term

 

Responsibilities:

·        Designs, develops, implements and troubleshoots CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, and widgets. 

·        Lead implementation of Adobe analytics tracking code including DTM across provider sites

·        Designs and constructs web pages/sites including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. 

·        Installs, configures, maintains, upgrades, patches, troubleshoots, repairs, and supports Adobe CQ5 products and infrastructure. 

·        Supports application deployment configuration needs, deploying code/content, conducts troubleshooting and performance tuning into multiple CQ5 environments. 

·        Understands and participates in change control and change management processes.

·        Provides timely incident queue resolution support. Communicates technical issues at a level that is easily comprehensible to the audience.  

·        Mentors/coaches/supports stakeholders new to Adobe CQ software. Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

·        Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe CQ application development (min. 2 years) – including template design, and components 

·        Must have strong working knowledge of current web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, etc.; 

·        Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate technical issues at a level that is easily comprehensible to the audience.
