DataWarehouse Lead
Location: Franklin, TN
Duration: 12 months
Description:
· This is a hands-on position that requires both technical understanding of the DW/BI development process and solutions and strong client facing and business communication skills.
· Demonstrated data modeling experience, including strong relational and dimensional data model design skills
· Demonstrated management of the full lifecycle of database development process from logical model to physical model through to implementation and maintenance of that model in production.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, a Master's degree preferred
· 4 to 6 years' experience in database design, data flow definition, data modeling, and working with Oracle and Greenplum including designing and performance tuning.
· 3 to 6 years of experience integrating data from multiple disparate systems (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
· 3 to 6 years of experience in BI Applications, Multi-dimensional databases
· Good exposure on Change Management processes
· Excellent SQL skills
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Solid team player with demonstrated successes in a group environment and ability to lead technical projects in addition to being a technical resource.

Desired Skills:
Experience with Microstrategy, Microsoft BI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
Experience in PostGreSQL, Python
Job Responsibilities:
· Facilitate the creation of the Enterprise Data Model
· Participate in analysis phase of BI projects
· Create logical and physical data models for all BI projects
· Perform source system data quality analysis
· Establish data quality requirements
· Oversee development of data definitions for assigned subject area(s)
· Manage resources on Cherwell
· Works with end users, and business analysts to design Business Intelligence Solutions
