We are looking for an Scrum Master to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

This is a 3-6 months Contract Position based in  New York

 

Role: Scrum Master

Location: New York

Duration: 3-6 months Contract

Experience: 3+ Years

 

Job Description:

·         3+ years previous experience as a Scrum Master 

·         Agile/Scrum Certification

·         Experience with teaching Agile 

·         Experience with Waterfall 

·         Vocal, hands on demeanor

·         Understanding and application of best practice in hybrid environment

·         Strong understanding of agile principles with the ability to direct the team based on those principles

·         Ability to identify team issues proactively and able to correct them team and guide team to an appropriate course of action 

·         Strong problem resolution skills 

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Ability to put together training materials and presentations

·         Excellent communication

·         Background in Technologies (distributed, specifically with mobile apps)
