Job Description::

Technical/Functional Skills        

Experienced certified scrum master. 

Functions effectively as a Scrum Master in running Scrum Teams on a daily basis.

Able to deliver within IT or business programs with minimal day-to-day supervision.  Typical tasks may include oversight of daily stand-ups and other Agile rituals, management of Agile artifacts and reporting on team progress. Contributes effectively in a collaborative setting, whether leading, facilitating or participating in discussion.

 Builds a network of contacts in the client organization to support program execution.

 

Experience Required     8+ years

 

Roles & Responsibilities             

Guides the Scrum team in the use of the Scrum framework

Helps identify and resolve team impediments or roadblocks

Ensures Agile/scrum concepts are adhered to by the team and coaches team on a daily basis by facilitating scrum ceremonies

 

Generic Managerial Skills           

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolve issues and conflicts.

 

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary

Education            Graduate with specialization in IT/Computers
