Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

 

Run iterative network adequacy assessments and summarizing findings, identify candidates for closing gaps, working with contracting and provider relations teams on findings and solutions. Intake of provider rosters in support of network adequacy and filings; includes formatting to fit needs for adequacy assessments, tracking and storing of files.

 

Required Skills (top 3 to 5/ non-negotiables):

Ability to multi-task/manage many moving parts simultaneously

Interprets data, summarizes findings

Communication & self-motivated

 

Nice To have:

 

Experience with interpreting and summarizing data

Experience with Quest Analytics software

 

Software Skills Required: Excel, access, SAS or SQL
