Candidates should be aligned to either GA or PA.   Job Description:               Responsible for researching and resolving escalated client/broker issues using systems and workflows and providing guidance back to the director, sales rep, AM or AMA for resolution with the customer. Responsible leading end to end process, meetings, collaboration, impact analysis and possible reprocessing. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects as assigned by sales mgmt. Researches, reviews and disseminates findings of claims, billing and enrollment issues to ensure that the sales teams have current and accurate information. Acts as a liaison with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and resolution of group inquiries.
