 SR.Net C# Developer 

·        Position Type: Contract C2C – 

·        Position Length: 6 Months +

·        100% Remote

·        Work Location – Remote 100% needs to support different time zones both East and West

 

 

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of Full-stack Enterprise Application Development experience

• C#: 5 years (Required)

• SQL: 5 years (Required)

• Web development: 5 years (Required)

Technical Experience, Expectations and Qualifications

• Lead development teams and software development projects to deliver high quality software on time with expected scope and budget.

• Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to define technical options and translate business requirements into technical design and execution plans

• Follows and mentors team members on Agile Methodologies and SCRUM process

• Leads and contributes to Architecture/Design of Application, Technical/Non-functional User Stories, Code and Quality Reviews, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives

• Great written and verbal communication to development peers and to development management

• Ability to manage Unit Test, Code Complexity and other Engineering Metrics using automated tools

• Ability to setup and manage CI/CD automation

• Ensures governance or enforcement of Enterprise guidelines and standards

• Occasionally codes significant or high risk application components

• Fluency and demonstrable expertise in full MS-stack environments

• Help to define a vision and technical roadmap for the team with product leadership

• Take responsibility for architecture, test automation, and quality

• Champion the Agile process within the team promoting best practices

• Collaborative Player in a Dynamic Development Team

Leadership Capabilities and Experience

• Fluency in English both written and oral

• 5+ years leading a mix of colocated, onshore and offshore teams

• Fluency in communicating technical challenges and opportunities to non-technical audiences

• Fluency and demonstrable expertise in end-to-end SDLC
