Requirement Details

Position: SAP ABAP Developer

Rate: $60/hr

Remote

Responsibilities

This Developer role requires the candidate to apply superior technical knowledge of ABAP and related technical tools and techniques on various SAP applications such as ERP/ECC , SCM etc .

Understand business requirements, design a feasible technical solution that addresses the current business need but does not impact the ability to upgrade in the future, within the specified timelines.

Gather application specific project requirements, participate in pre-project launch discussions with architects and drive detailed application design in SAP applications by leveraging SAP standard solutions wherever possible.

Collaborate with Solution Architects on project design and facilitate design reviews and discussions and provide required specifications.

Responsible for code reviews and implementing best practices on development methodologies with both internal and external developers.

Drive superior quality in technical deliverables, reduce or eliminate design or development defects and ensure a comprehensive System Integration Testing.

Experience Requirements :

3+ Years of SAP ABAP development experience

Strong ABAP/4 development skills in RICEFW within any/multiple SAP modules such as SD, FI/CO, MM, WM , QM.

Strong ABAP, ALV, BAPI, Webservices, Standard Program debugging technique

ABAP Screen Programming Technology like Module Pool Programming, WebDynpro

Forms Technologies like Smartforms, Adobe forms, SAP Scripts

Must have Performance Tuning Tools and Techniques knowledge

Ability to quickly and comprehensively troubleshoot issues.

Must have strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
