[xrecnet] Cybersecurity Engineer - 100% Remote

Role:              Cybersecurity Engineer

Location:      100% Remote (Bellevue, WA)

Duration:     1-2years

Visa:               No restrictions

 

Requirements:

•         B.S. degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.

•         Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT work experience with production systems in a fast-paced environment.

•         3+ years in SaaS Cybersecurity / SecOps roles

•         3+ years using a SIEM tool such as Splunk.

•         Expert in cloud security management and end point protection.

•         Demonstrated ability to prioritize and treat technical risks.

•         Strong familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2 security requirements.

•         Strong written and oral communication skills.

•         Healthcare IT industry experience desirable.

 

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Strong preference for one or more of the following:

•         CISP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional

•         CISM: Certified Information Security Manager

•         CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker

•         DSOE: DevSecOps Engineering
