• Service account creation
• Administration of password vault
• Desktop/laptop support for multiple client locations
• Phone setup and ordering
• Email configuration and setup
• Computer imaging
• Ordering parts and accessories for end users
• Microsoft Office support
• Oracle EBS access provisioning
• SAP access provisioning
• Shared folder and drives access provisioning
