Technical Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IAM experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on SailPoint technology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM design and solutioning
• Designing identity lifecycle workflows
• Application onboarding
• Strong leadership skills to lead SailPoint implementation
• Experience to interview stakeholders to understand requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of writing required documents (SRS, HLD etc.)
• Good understanding of industry specific compliance requirements and implementation of the same in SailPoint
• Good understanding of following areas in SailPoint
           Identity Cube Management
           Custom connector development
           Configurations for Access profiles, Access Request Segments
           Role Mining
           RBAC / ABAC
           Custom reports
           Separation of Duties (SoD)
           Campaigns / Certifications
           ITSM tool integrations (provisioning and ticket management)
           AI services
           Delegated administration
           SSO integration
           Workflows
           SailPoint API
          Email templates
          Cloud Access Management
          SaaS Access Management
