ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX / Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Longterm

 

Description:

1. 5+ years of experience as BA in ServiceNow projects
2. Sound functional knowledge of ServiceNow application modules – IM, PM, SR, CM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSM, Integrations, Service Portal
3. Requirement gathering from business team
4. Documentation skills - Requirement gathering doc & Release notes
5. Ability to interact with ServiceNow technical team to handover the business/process requirements effectively
6. End to end testing of enhancements/functional testing
7. Good communication skills
8. Understanding of ServiceNow limitations
9. Active learner
