Required Skills
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Experience with the Microsoft SCCM system, and Microsoft Intune functional.
Experience with installation and troubleshooting Windows Applications.
Experience troubleshooting various computer hardware and software issues.
Ability to troubleshoot various network and desktop issues.
Knowledge of SQL and programming languages and theories.
Knowledge of Antivirus solutions and concepts
Knowledge of other operating systems similar to Apple Mac OS
