Required Skills
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Experience with the Microsoft SCCM system, and Microsoft Intune functional.
Experience with installation and troubleshooting Windows Applications.
Experience troubleshooting various computer hardware and software issues.
Ability to troubleshoot various network and desktop issues.
Knowledge of SQL and programming languages and theories.
Knowledge of Antivirus solutions and concepts
Knowledge of other operating systems similar to Apple Mac OS
JOB TITLE: System Administrator
NYC – Onsite
Required Skills
Core competencies in routing, firewall, Intrusion detection system (IDS), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies.
Experience with VoIP technologies and wireless systems, with a strong background in VoIP technology deployment in large environments.
Experience with testing methods and analysis of results using automated tools or custom tools to evaluate network and security infrastructure.
Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network outages and slowdowns.
Ability to communicate effectively, on both a technical and non-technical level, with appropriate Agency staff at all levels, as well as with vendors.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
JOB TITLE: Data Architect
NYC – Onsite
Required Skills
Experience in Data Modeling and Database Design
Experience in all phases of data modeling, from conceptualization to database optimization.
MS SQL programming experience
Experience in data visualization and data integration.
Proficiency with a statistical software package, such as R, SAS, Stata, SPSS, or MATLAB
Experience with database design and development
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to multiple stakeholder groups
Ability to be creative, flexible, strategic, collaborative, and innovative
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
