Role: Sr. ServiceNow Administrator

Location: McLean, VA/Richmond, VA/Plano, TX - Hybrid

Duration: 12+ long term contract

Visa: No OPT/CPT

Mandatory: Need 10+ years of experience resume only

 

Team Info:

• The manager is from LOB: CPE – GP/Enterprise Monitoring, Assessment – Discovery. ServiceNow, CMDB (Data Quality and Data Engineering Teams)
• Majorly support CI as components. ITAM Engineering, ServiceNow Platform Team, team works on upgrading the tool.  Board and Regulatory Commitments will be missed for EOL(End of Life)/EOS(End of Service) Enhancements.
• N-1 Version is the new update of ServiceNow.

 

Role Info:

• Hands-on ServiceNow Administrator role with strong ServiceNow Platform Administration & AWS infrastructure background
• Manage the entire platform, managing day-to-day platform maintenance, upgrades, new features, and new plugins in the house within C1.
• Enterprise support on ServiceNow across C1

 

Top Skills:

• 5+ yrs. Exp is a must.
• ServiceNow Platform Administration exp is a must.
• AWS exp is highly preferred.
• DevOps CI/CD pipeline exp is highly preferred.

 

Nice to have:

• Ex C1
• ServiceNow Administration Certified
• Linux / Windows exp is a plus.
