MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

7+ years of related experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Prior experience as a BI Solutions Analyst or BI Consultant.
- Expert level technical skills in Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, and at least one other BI technologies – Power BI, MicroStrategy ,Alteryx, or similar tools in a large scale environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and evaluate new technologies and to document findings for publication to others.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to author clear, concise and accurate user documentation, including PowerPoint slides, job aids, newsletter articles/bogs, research reports. Experience giving presentations to large audiences preferred.
- Knowledge of BI and Data Analytics market trends.
- Understanding of data visualization techniques and ability to apply those techniques to answer business questions and address business problems.
- Experience with requirements collection, use case assessment, design reviews and troubleshooting.
- Desire and ability to multi-task and work effectively on multiple projects.
- Exceptional customer service and consulting skills, including ability to work with both business and technical clients in a positive manner.
- Ability and desire to write research reports and document team processes.
- Understanding of and ability to apply advanced analysis techniques such as statistical functions, statistical models, what if analysis, predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Ability to write and understand SQL and read data models.
- Knowledge of R or Python a plus.
- Experience with BI platforms on AWS a plus.

Non-Negotiable Must Have Skills:
